It must be driven from the top which is why we concentrate first to help establish the CEO Office and work to ease overload on the CEO lines and prepare for the program implementation with initial training on the Company Management Team. The length of the program varies by size of the company, but over the course of 12-16 months, your management team will be trained on the Basic Tools of Management and then work with us as we see to its implementation across the organization.
