Experienced Professionals

The Strave team is made up of professionals who are passionate about helping others achieve greater success through expert guidance and shared knowledge. Each of us have worked across multiple industries and with experience in delivery to dozens of clients giving us a combined experience and knowledge base that enriches the work we do with all of our clients.

This begins with the moment they walk in the door and continues up until they have reached the status of Principal Consultant, and then carries beyond. We embrace a bilingual environment with everyone at Strave fluent in English and Spanish with each consultant pursuing higher levels of Cambridge Certification as they advance.

Helping our people succeed is crucial to us. We work to nurture our talent and their entire career path is engineered with mentoring at every stage of advancement. In turn, each person is expected to pay it forward and to eventually become a mentor for those who newly arrive.

Our work culture is one of open collaboration but with definite responsibilities, reporting systems and a hierarchical pattern that gives a very structured organization with clear command lines and coordination lines. Nothing ever “falls between chairs” and in this way we avoid micromanagement. In essence our focus is to find good people, orient them perfectly to their functions and responsibilities and then let them get on with it.

Favoritism, nepotism and other unethical forms of personnel treatment are forbidden. We operate with a meritocratic approach where each person’s performance is precisely measured and effective results are rewarded and poor performance is corrected through mentoring and assistance by our Quality Assurance personnel.

We take pride in our social responsibility work and have a strong desire to support organizations working to improve our societies and the world at large. A vital part of our corporate governance includes an emphasis on corporate citizenship and helping these organizations.

We volunteer, donate and contribute to Fundación para la Asistencia Educativa (FAE) which works with the most destitute and abandoned children in our society to provide them with education, food, shelter and desperately needed resources so that they can be safe, healthy and cared for in a loving environment.

We also work with and support to Fundación Alberto Salame (AL) which works to bring social improvement solutions and desperately needed resources to underprivileged communities and families helping to get people fed, housed and given values and educational resources which help provide the foundation for a secure life that can be productive and happy.
