Almost every organization evolves organically over time, creating various parts of their company as growth and client needs are addressed during the normal course of expansion. Even the best organizations accrue unnecessary inefficiencies and unintentional bureaucracies over time and require organizational design to clarify form, function and structure for ideal operation.
